1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our site or services.
2. Orders & Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, lack of inventory, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices may change at any time without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Taxes
Sales tax (GST, HST, PST, or QST) is applied based on your province of delivery. All taxes will be shown during checkout or on your invoice.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Products may carry a manufacturer warranty, which we will help you process if applicable. Appliance Parts Direct does not manufacture parts and therefore does not offer warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.
6. Limitation of Liability
Appliance Parts Direct is not liable for damages arising from:

Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the part.

Manual Payment Terms – Pay By Invoice
To help reduce processing costs and maintain competitive pricing, all orders are paid via our Pay By Invoice system.
Payment Instructions

Once you place your order, our sales team will email you a secure payment link through our Pay By Invoice portal (hosted on Wix Payments).

Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or any debit card with online payment support.

You must complete payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm your order.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and inventory will be released back into the system.
Your order will be processed and shipped only after full payment is confirmed.
